Our Story

Organizations have data.
Few have agility.

After two decades of leading transformation at companies like Microsoft, P&G, and Gillette, our founder saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant people, powerful tools, and a widening gap between data and the decisions it should fuel.

Scroll

Three gaps that
no one was closing.

01

People, data, and processes lived in separate worlds.

Every organization had the pieces: talented teams, mountains of data, documented workflows. But connecting them into a system that actually moved was the part everyone skipped. The result? Slow decisions, duplicated effort, and leaders flying blind.

02

Data maturity wasn't a destination. It was a spectrum.

Some companies were just starting to organize their data. Others had sophisticated platforms but couldn't extract real value. No one was meeting clients where they actually were. Instead, consultants showed up with one-size-fits-all playbooks and hoped for the best.

03

Transformation projects ended, but transformation never should.

Big firms would parachute in, deliver a deck, and leave. The technology worked on paper. But without sustained partnership, the gains eroded within months. Real transformation isn't a project. It's a capability you build and keep building.

"The most dangerous gap in any organization isn't in the data. It's between the data and the people who need to act on it."

Lum had spent years watching this pattern repeat, at Fortune 5 giants and $5M startups alike. He knew the answer wasn't another tool or another dashboard. It was a team that could bridge every gap: business process, technology, and the human side of change.

Built from the
front lines.

Lum Veselaj didn't start Truegility from a boardroom. He built it from more than twenty years in the trenches, leading high-impact digital transformations at Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, and Gillette, as well as high-growth and emerging businesses.

At P&G, he pioneered first-of-their-kind capabilities: daily sales reporting, company-wide volume/rate/mix analysis, and accountability-based P&L reporting. He brought thought leadership to long-range planning, financial analysis, profit forecasting, pricing, and performance management.

At Microsoft, he led enterprise-wide transformation of finance and analytics, shaping planning, decision-making, and data strategy across the company. He built multiple analytics organizations and implemented real-time reporting that significantly accelerated insight generation at scale.
